Ashley
Working at Austin PT, I have felt supported in being the best therapist I can without comprising being a mom. Everyone knows that my family is a priority and has made it clear they are here to foster that. I’ve experienced many times flexibility in my schedule when things come up or to have just a little more time at home with my kids. It is something that is greatly appreciated and makes me feel like part of Austin PT family, not just another worker.
Andrew
Working at Austin Physical Therapy has been an incredibly rewarding experience. There are always opportunities to learn, grow, and refine my clinical skills on a consistent basis. I’ve had the privilege of working with patients from a wide range of backgrounds and with a diverse variety of diagnoses, which keeps each day engaging and challenges me to continue developing as a therapist.
Each of our locations has its own unique character, offering a fresh and varied experience no matter where you go. What truly sets Austin Physical Therapy apart, though, is the people. The staff here are nothing short of fantastic — supportive, passionate, and dedicated to both their patients and their teammates. The sense of teamwork and collaboration within this clinic is unmatched. It’s rare to find such a genuine atmosphere of unity and shared purpose, and it makes coming to work every day something I genuinely look forward to.
Nik
I love the team-centered environment at Austin PT and the non-traditional approach to therapy that really sets us apart from typical outpatient clinics. We all work together seamlessly and are constantly helping each other grow as professionals. The emphasis on continued learning is something I truly value, and Jay and Kasi do an excellent job supporting us. Whether it’s working through tricky cases or answering any clinical questions that come up. It’s an encouraging, collaborative place to work. Cannot imagine working anywhere else!
Cathy
One of the biggest reasons I love where I work is the relationships we build with our patients. We’re not just a doctor’s office—we’re a supportive, caring environment where patients become friends, and often feel like family. Helping them through their Physical Therapy journeys and watching them progress is incredibly rewarding.
I also feel so grateful for my coworkers. They make me smile every single day and create a positive, uplifting atmosphere. It’s a great feeling to wake up each morning and genuinely look forward to coming to work. I’m proud to be part of a team that leads with compassion and connection.
